Throw Another Shish-kabob on the Barbie!

Colby's been so excited about his new BBQ, he's been using it almost every night rain or shine even though it hasn't been built in yet.  I'm loving it because I've hardly had to cook!  We made these shish-kabobs which would have been off the charts, except I had bought the wrong kind of meat.  But aren't they beautiful!
