We had another great visit with my grandma & grandpa Mac. Ronin charmed them & Reid impressed them with his big brain.

My dad, step-mom & step-brother also joined us for an evening, so Colby worked his magic at the barbecue, making Korean short ribs. I tried my hand at stir-fry and baked my first pineapple upside-down cake. The cake was made in a skillet with the batter poured over a layer of pineapple rings & maraschino cherries in butter, brown sugar & cinnamon. Mmmm....!
