Palatable Inspiration

My friend, Maggie inspired me to not only take prettier pictures, but also to make prettier food!  Some recent culinary creations:

Roast Pork Tenderloin with Fresh Red Plum Salsa

    And they even tasted as good as they look! Not too bad for the first pork tenderloin I've ever bought, much less cooked, huh?
