Since I've been playing around with my new camera, Colby has once again started to show me up. While at the fair a few weeks ago, I took this shot and was pretty proud of it... Until Colby took the camera from me and took the two after it. So I made a rule. I told him it was fine for him to be a better photographer than me, but he was no longer allowed to take the camera from me and take better versions of the shots I just took!

Anyway, Reid enjoyed the fair. He loved riding "Bulls-eye," the pony. Yeah, I know the saddle reads, "Fancy," but he didn't need to know that.
Reid enjoyed a few other rides too, but nothing compared to "making Mommy bizzy on the tea cups!"
...Well, maybe visiting the horse statue outside PF Changs.
Hey, I'm in the market for a nice camera but it will probably be a little while before we buy it. Are you enjoying yours? I wish I would have spent more time playing with it at the park. What are some others you tried? No rush to get back to me, just whenever you have a free minute. I love how much fun you are having taking pictures!
ReplyDeleteI didn't have much time to play many other cameras. Since I knew I liked this one (Nikon D40 + 30mm 1.4 lens), I just went with it and love it. If I had the time and patience, I would have also checked out the Canon Rebels.
