Messin' with Texas

We just returned from our week and a half trip to Texas where we visited friends whom we met when each of our families were pregnant with our first babies.  It was our first trip to the Lone Star State, so we asked for the full Texas experience while we were there and they brought it!  We ate BBQ that was off the hook, struggled to breathe in the 100% humidity (we were just outside Houston), visited Gator Country, lit off fireworks with neighbors, and experienced thunderstorms galore (one of which brought rain down in the frontyard, meanwhile nothing was coming down in the back!).  It was some seriously unforgettable fun!  Danaly, Jim, Lucy & Jenna, thanks so much for hosting us!
